Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and the associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong, Broken, or Missing Items:
In the event of an error on our part, we will cover the return costs. However, for returns initiated due to customer error, the associated expenses are to be borne by the customer.
