We hope you love your Ahva delivery—that’s why we’ve made standard shipping free worldwide. All of our shipping is tracked, and you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been packed.
What are your shipping options and rates?
Orders are shipped using flat shipping. At this time, overnight or expedited shipping is not available. Below are the details of our shipping rates:

When will my order ship?
When ordering from Ahva, your order will ship approximately 3 business days after your order has been placed, which is our standard processing time. For orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, holidays, or during physical inventory audits, processing will begin on the next business day. Please allow additional time for shipping when placing your order ahead of a special event.
Please note: If your transaction requires manual approval or if there are any errors with the billing and/or shipping addresses entered, this may delay shipment. To prevent this, please double-check your information during checkout and ensure you provide accurate contact details so our team can reach out to you if needed.
How do I track my order?
Tracking for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates typically become available within 2-3 business days of shipping, so if your tracking hasn’t been updated immediately, please don’t worry—your package is on its way to the distribution center.
Will I receive my order in multiple shipments?
Depending on the number of items ordered, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will only be charged for shipping once. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked under the same order number.
My shipping address is wrong—what should I do?
If you’ve made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided your order has not yet been picked and packed. Please email us as soon as possible at info@ahva.com, and we can amend the shipping address for you.
