Welcome to our returns and exchanges process. Here's how it works:
PROCESSING A RETURN
For all UK returns, please follow these instructions. We accept returns on items in new condition with all original tags attached within 21 shipping service days (Mon-Sat) from the date your order was marked delivered. Returns received after this window will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you. If you use our return label, a £10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can use your preferred shipping method to avoid the fee, but we won't be responsible for lost packages or items.
Please note that used, washed, or damaged items will be returned to the address on your order.
While trying on clothes, be cautious as we can't accept items with scents of perfume, makeup stains, or any other general stains.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
For international orders, we accept returns on items in new condition with all original tags attached within 30 shipping service days (Mon-Sat) from the date your order was marked delivered. Returns after this window won't be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you.
Used, washed, or damaged items will be returned to the address on your order.
Please take care when trying on clothes, avoiding perfume, makeup stains, or general stains.
Unfortunately, we can't provide return labels for international orders. Please use your preferred shipping method, including tracking and insurance.
EXCHANGES
Currently, our exchange process isn't automated. However, we offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges! To exchange for a different size or color, email us at info@ahva.com with your request, and our customer service will assist you.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items discounted at 30% off or more, or marked as "final sale," can't be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions. Any final sale items returned will be sent back to your address.
All markdowns on the site are final sale.
FAULTY ITEMS
We aim for top-notch quality. If you receive a faulty item, email us at info@ahva.com with a brief description and photos of the defect/fault.
Items are considered faulty if damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that misuse-caused damage isn't considered a fault.

UK Purchase, International Return?
All UK-shipped orders must be returned within the specified timeframe. For international returns, use your preferred method. Include tracking and insurance.
Received the Wrong Item/Size?
Apologies for any inconvenience. Email info@ahva.com, and we'll help resolve the issue.
Refund Timeframe?
You have 21 shipping service days (Mon-Sat) from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns after this window won't be eligible. For international policy, visit Returns & Exchanges page.
Gift Card Purchase Return?
Items bought with gift cards will be refunded as merchandise credit.
Refund Processing Time?
We process refund requests within eight business days of receiving your return. Your financial institution should post your refund shortly. Unfortunately, we can't refund lost returns.
